Exp changes

Because the experience required to level up cap is lower then kings, the srv exp was decreased but in the same time the experience required to level up was decreased also in order to keep the same rate.The level 74+ players who leveled up in 2 min have again the level they had in the last day on king.
Other changes : guilds are back as they were on king , gold limit is back to 999 mill.
Server is back online.

Because changeing the exp makes everyone under 74 level up 10 levels from 1 mob we have to delete all the % of the exp.So if you had level 44 and 20% you will now have level 44 and 0%.Sorry everyone but theres no other solution.

The exp rate went back to normal hopefully so everyone can start leveling again.In case anything else pops up we will try to fix it without reduceing any more exp.

PS everyone who has own wep and armor and cant see them properly pls send me a pm.
