kamy11 quest seem to have bug
quest says to speak to the oracle for info about how to make immortality neck
but when speak to oracle it says he have nothing to say to me

From the quest man u are supposed to go to Curtis the bonus man from phantom forest, he will tell u to go to the oracle.
The Liquors are for the ChamberOfCommerce/History of Bichon quest

yea, this is my problem...the bonus man says go to the oracle....but there is no further info given at the oracle..
